I am a trained yoga therapist who loves helping people get out of pain and back into the life they love. Yoga therapy has transformed the way I feel in my body… how I feel in my mind… and the way I’m showing up in the world. I know it can do the same for you!

Private Sessions

I offer private 1-on-1 sessions for 2 main types of clients:

1. Those seeking healing – people who have pain, tension, aches and stress they want to resolve these patterns so they can get back to the activities and life they enjoy. Perfect for anyone dealing with back issues, arthritis, repetitive stress injury, MS, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, cancer recovery, menopause, aging, balance issues, and more.

2. Peak performers – people who are fit and want to up-level their game by honing their ability to move faster, be stronger, perfect their pose, or win the competition. I've worked with rock climbers, runners, cyclists, and other athletes who want to be in peak physical condition.

Private sessions are customized to your specific goals and will give you more powerful and immediate results. You’ll get the personal support you need to achieve transformation faster than you think!
